Half-Semester Bundle 1 includes the following 4 Units in the "Flexible Format":
Cahoots KidFit lesson plans are perfect for kids' fitness classes, Physical Education (PE), exercise, health lessons, brain-breaks or games/activity time for 3-7 year olds (preschool -1st grade).
Our “Flexible Format” lesson plans allow you to pick and choose activities - you can make the lessons as long as you choose (up to 60 min), and do them as often as you choose (daily, once a week, or randomly).
Each Cahoots Kidfit lesson contains detailed instructions for:

Each purchase grants one (1) license that is good for one (1) teacher or instructor’s use.
