What Does a class look like?
We are in "Cahoots" with parents to develop HAPPY, HEALTHY KIDS.
- Each class is taught by a Certified Cahoots KidFit Instructor.
- Classes include health education through games, stretching, sports, and other movement-centered learning activities.
- Large motor skills are developed through exploration of yoga, gymnastics, basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, and exercises.
- Children discover their interests and strengths by trying lots of things.

Why Cahoots KiDFIT CLASSES?
- Develop GROSS MOTOR SKILLS while trying out a wide variety of SPORTS and activities.
- Learn and appreciate how bodies work, and how to take care of them.
- Get exercise and learn health principles at the same time!
- Practice listening and cooperating with friends.
- Connect with parents (for Owlet age group) while learning healthy habits.
