BALANCE & COORDINATION UNIT - CAHOOTS KIDFIT LESSON PLANS
The Balance & Coordination Unit introduces children to balance, coordination, and developing gross motor skills. Active games, gymnastics and sports are utilized to help children practice balance and coordination and teach them a love for exercise.
Cahoots KidFit lessons are designed to introduce movement and health principles to children ages 3-7 (preschool - 1st grade). They are used in schools, preschools, fitness facilities, dance studios, homeschool groups, and community recreation programs. Perfect for group settings (big or small), our lessons foster both social and emotional learning.
This lesson plan is customizable in length and frequency. You decide how long (up to 60 minutes per class) and how many (1 to 5 classes per week).
The BALANCE & COORDINATION Unit is unit #2 in the Semester Set. However, Cahoots KidFit units are interchangeable and can be done in any order.
