Bio:
Dallin Dickerson has been a nutrition and fitness coach for 8 years and is passionate about helping women improve the quality of their lives and feel comfortable in their own skin. Dallin has a bachelor’s degree from BYU in Public Health with an emphasis on Women’s Health. He has worked as a therapeutic weight loss coach, a CrossFit coach, and a personal trainer. After years of working with clients in a gym setting and seeing how hard the nutrition side of weight loss was, Dallin founded Live and Lean— a lifestyle based approach to nutrition specifically for women. Dallin is inspiring, relatable, and real in his coaching. His focus is on simplicity and sustainability with the goal to help people get rid of the diet mentality and live life to the fullest!

- Custom nutrition guide based on your preferences and goals
- Grocery shopping and meal prep guide, unique to you
- Articles, videos, seminars and videos providing education on strategic nutrition practices that fit into your lifestyle
How it works
You register for Daily Nutrition Coaching with me on a monthly basis ($100/month).
Each day I will provide personal emails with strategies and tools that will give you the confidence and accountability needed to achieve your goals. Based on your goals, I create customized guidelines that are sustainable and applicable to real life.
Starting out:
- FREE and available to all clients (no purchase necessary)-- I invite you to schedule a 20 minute one-on-one phone consultation with me going over previous history, frustrations, and goals, giving us a chance to get to know each other better and determine if my approach is a fit for you.
- After you enroll with me, I will send you an in-depth online questionnaire to help me generate a custom nutritional guideline just for you to help you achieve your goals.
Every day:
- You log into a personal home-page on the Precision Nutrition platform.
- You get a lesson to read. Lessons are like blog articles--short, informative pieces that ask questions, present ideas, explain why you’re doing something etc.
- You get a habit a small task--to do.
- I'll be able to follow up on your responses, provide real time feedback, and be here as a support if you run into any roadblocks.
Every week:
- You focus on developing a new habit related to your goals.
- You get an assignment. It may be a series of questions designed to get you thinking and processing how this applies to you personally.
- You measure and record your progress (this can be body composition metrics or other performance indicators such as energy levels, adherence to an exercise program or sleep quality).
- You upload a photo and measurements as part of your progress tracking.
- We'll connect over the phone/skype to discuss your journey and make adjustments as needed.
Throughout:
- I’ll be with you every step of the way, gently nudging you back on track if you lose focus or fall behind, and providing professional guidance and feedback through this whole program.
