Susan Harris
Susan is happy to be back in Utah because it has allowed her to complete her degree at BYU. She is currently a senior, studying Exercise & Wellness. She has lived in Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Kansas, and Australia. During her travels, she has worked with children of all ages and raised 4 sons of her own. She is an avid cyclist and has completed a century ride every year, for the past 5 years. She loves the sunshine and being outdoors. She thinks the heart is amazing because its capacity to love, especially children, is limitless. She is excited to be a part of Cahoots and looks forward to helping the children achieve true-life balance through fitness and fun.

Michelle Bulsciewicz - Yoga
Michelle has been practicing yoga for about five years and participated in dance for 10 years while she grew up in San Jose, California. She loves the mind, body and soul health she gets from yoga and enjoys spreading that to others. She was certified in October 2016 at Yoga Underground in Provo. She graduated from BYU in journalism and works full time in Salt Lake as a features assistant editor at the Deseret News. She lives in Orem with her husband, her dog and her cat.

Dixie is a mom of 4, a homemaker, a wife, and an exercise junkie. She has been a fitness instructor for almost 6 years, and is currently teaching PIYO and Zumba. She graduated from BYU-Idaho and UVU in Organizational Communications, and one day would love to get a degree in psychology and interior design. She loves to learn and wants to know everything she can about subjects of interest. She prefers live shows, plays, musicals, etc to TV and movies and loves to get out and go places. She loves the outdoors and spending time with family, and feels super lucky to be able to work among such a talented staff here at Cahoots.

Hannah Hill
Hannah has a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness with a minor in Nutrition from BYU. Hannah’s love for learning about the body began when she ran on her high school cross country and track teams. She has also enjoyed taking dance classes, intramural volleyball, Frisbee, and water polo in college. She is working on becoming a certified personal trainer. She loves working with kids and knows that teaching them about wellness and health will cause life changes that will bring them bright futures of healthiness and happiness. She and her husband welcomed a baby girl into their family in June 2015 who comes with Hannah to Cahoots!

Whitney Parco
Whitney will graduate from BYU this year with a degree in Exercise and Wellness. She loves being involved with sports especially when she plays basketball and soccer with her husband. Whitney loves to spend time with young children and takes joy in seeing them share her excitement in being active. She feels that developing healthy habits is essential at a young age and hopes to be an inspiration to the children she teaches. She is very excited to be expecting her first baby, due this summer!

Tiffany Heath - HIIT Circuit (High Intensity Interval Training)
Tiffany graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor degree in Exercise & Sport Science in 2000. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, and has been certified as a Personal Trainer, aerobics instructor, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist through AFFA, and NSCA. Tiffany has a deep passion for helping others get physically fit, and showing them how exercise and healthy habits can vastly improve their quality of life. She has worked with clients for the past 16 years, and in 2005 she started her own business, TRH Fitness, whose mission is to help individuals and families learn how to make fitness a part of their lives. When not training clients and teaching fitness classes, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, and two children. She is an avid hiker and loves spending time year round in the great outdoors.

Heather Tanner - High Fitness
Heather has always aspired to be a wife, mother, and fitness instructor. Today she is doing all 3 and loving it. In Heather’s search for her niche in fitness, she became passionate about High Fitness. It was everything she wanted in a workout. Heather has always been active in the health and fitness community. She is a strong believer that when you replenish your body and spirit through healthy living and exercise, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. Heather enjoys taking full advantage of Utah’s beauty; she loves hiking, cycling, and running half marathons. Ricki Smith - High Fitness
Ricki has always had an active lifestyle. She started doing martial arts when she was eight years old and eventually received her black belt. Ricki received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business at BYU in 2007. She certified in Turbokick in 2011 and has loved learning new routines and pushing her classes. Ricki starting teaching weight classes about a year ago and loves the freedom to try new exercises each week. Ricki loves doing triathlons to feed her competitive spirit. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, shopping, learning to sew, hanging out with friends, and sipping on a delicious Diet Dr. Pepper.

Melisa Chehda - Zumba
Melisa is a mother of two very active children. As a native of Argentina, Latin dancing has always been a part of her life. She has been a member of different Latin folklore groups and performed in a variety of venues such as BYU Fiesta and UVU Latin-American Celebration. Melisa found Zumba and immediately knew it would help her stay fit and healthy to take care of her family. She was certified in 2012 and has enjoyed the opportunity to meet amazing people from all walks of life and being a part of their health journey.

Cassie was a tomboy all growing up until Jr. High when she joined her first dance class and immediately fell in love. She danced all through high school where she danced with some of the top names in dance. As a dance major at the University of Utah, her focus changed as she fell in love with fitness and health. She became a NASM certified personal trianer, group fitness instructor, health coach, and ended up switching her major to Exercise and Sport Science. Cassie has been married for 3 years and is the mother of a beautiful 7 month old girl. In her free time Cassie loves to sew, choreograph, compete in triathlons, enjoy warm weather and spend time with her little family.

It wasn't until the "Freshman 15" caught up with her that she realized how much she loved the feeling of being fit and healthy, and so she signed up for some exercise classes and never looked back. She started teaching fitness classes in 2007. Erin graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science and is looking forward to beginning her Master's degree in Anatomy and Physiology when the time is right. Erin loves being with her husband and daughter, meeting new people, learning, exploring the world, running, anything involving sand and the ocean, and all things dark chocolate. She is passionate about finding balance in fitness, self-improvement, and everyday life as a mother.
